The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk from Gran Via and all the main attractions. The staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. We especially loved the spacious bathroom and the fact that it had recently been remodeled. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options including fresh fruits, cereals, breads, croissants, juices. We were impressed with the quality and selection.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Madrid. It is located right in the center of everything, close to all attractions and within walking distance of Gran Via metro. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the facilities were great. The staff was helpful and friendly, making me feel like a valued guest. The location of the hotel couldn't have been better. It was close to everything, surrounded by little local restaurants and situated in a quiet, vibrant neighborhood. We were able to explore the city easily without having to travel far.
The noise from the surrounding area, especially during the night. However, this is to be expected in such a lively city, and the hotel itself managed to provide a quiet and peaceful ambiance within its premises.

This hotel is an absolute gem! the prices here are incredibly reasonable for such a centrally located hotel. Secondly, the attention to detail is impressive, with rooms that are clean, comfortable, and equipped with excellent beds for a good night's sleep. Lastly, the staff are truly outstanding - helpful, pleasant, and very polite, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere throughout our stay.
All in all, everything was okay with this hotel.
